Best Ever Healthy Honey Brownies

You won't bee-lieve how good these brownies are, and our chewy, delicious, fudgy, Acacia Honey brownies are actually good for you!  How can this bee? The secret ingredient is black beans. Yep. We said it. But don't you say it. Serve this amazing dessert to unsuspecting kids or guests and they'll never know they're eating healthy until you tell them.

Makes 9-12 brownies

Ingredients 

15 oz can Black Beans drained and well rinsed

4 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 cup Acacia Honey

1/2 cup quick oats

1/4 cup organic coconut oil 

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla extract

2/3 cup chocolate chips 

Whole pecans on top (optional)

Directions

- Preheat oven to 350

- Except for chocolate chips, blend all ingredient until smooth in blender or food processor. 

- Stir in chocolate chips, save a handful to sprinkle on top.

- Distribute into greased muffin tin or 8x8 pan

- Bake on 350 for 15 minutes and cool for 10
