A: We offer a tier of discounts for gifting orders that meet a minimum threshold:

$500 – 5% Discount

$1,000 – 10% Discount

$2,000+ - 15% Discount

Please note: other Savannah Bee Company promotions/discounts are not applicable on any gifting orders.

Yes! Bulk orders require a minimum of 10 gifts to bee processed by our gifting team. Discounts are based on total order amount and start at $500. For customizations, we require a minimum of 20 recipients.

A:Send gifts nationwide to multiple addresses, which is great for when you're sending gifts to a list of clients and vendors or save on shipping costs by sending to one location ideal for an office party, event, or offsite. All order's come with tracking, so you'll always know when your gifts are set to arrive.

A: We offer a $10 flat shipping rate per gift for bulk orders shipping to a single address and $14 flat shipping rate per addresses for gifts sent to multiple addresses.

For customer orders, shipping is calculated based on item(s) weight and delivery location. Estimated shipping rates can be included in your estimate through our concierge service.

We ship nationwide and partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ship your gifts.

• Shipping is available to the following countries: US ( excluding AK, UM, HW, PR, GU, AS, MP and VI)
• We are unable to ship gift orders to milatary addresses
• Order ship M-F, excluding holidays. Please note you are selecting the ship dates NOT arrivial date.
• We are unable to ship to International Addresses

A: There’s nothing sweeter than a personlized gift message - especially when it's free. For bulk orders shipping to a single address, you can include a standardized gift message to be included with each gift, to be personalized with each recipient's name.

For gifts shipping to multiple addresses, you can either include a standardized gift message for all recipients, to be personalized with each recipients name, or you can write a personalized message to each recipient, to be included in their gift package! ( 200 max characters max).

A: Samples can be ordered directly through our website, the same as any standard web order. There are no discounts for sample orders.

A: All orders include a Packing Slip that outlines the items in the order and does not have any pricing information.

A: There is a $10 re-processing fee for each package we receive back to our warehouse.

 Packages can be reshipped at the buyer’s request, or the buyer may request to have the items sent to them directly.  An updated shipping address will be required, and
additional shipping rates will apply. 

Refunds are
only available for items that are not customized. If a refund is requested, the
$10 fee will be deducted from the cost of the item and the refund will be for
the remaining balance.
