"I was disappointed that they were out of the saw palmetto version. They also stopped selling my 2nd favorite, but this new version is quite flavorful. It’s got a robust flavor with lots of layers. I believe this will be a great option for cooking—not quite as spicy as the saw palmetto version, but I think it will be really good for glazes for chicken and pork. I also think it will be a good option for when you have a sore throat. Not too sweet- not too spicy but it does have that bourbon note."

"I've been using 3 different Bourbon Honeys from Savannah Bee Company in my Irish & English Breakfast Tea every morning for the past 2 weeks, with only 1 day, when I made a Mocha Cappuccino!
