Ingredients

  • 1½ tablespoons Savannah Bee Company Hot Honey, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ cup mezcal
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon slices and jalapeño slices for garnish

Instructions

What to do:

1.Wash Up!

2. Make the cocktail: Stir together the hot honey, mezcal, and lemon juice in a glass or cocktail shaker until the honey dissolves. Pour into an ice-filled glass.

To Serve: Garnish with lemon slices and jalapeño slices and drizzle with more honey, if desired.
