A riff on a classic Aperol Spritz made with Champagne and refreshing grapefruit juice. The result is bittersweet drink that can fancy up your next dinner party any time of year.

What you need:
3 ounces Aperol
1 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
3 ounces Champagne
Grapefruit slice for garnish
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Make a Mead Grapefruit Spritz: Fill wine glass with ice until nearly full. Pour in Aperol and grapefruit juice. Top with Champagne and stir.
To Serve: Add a grapefruit slice for garnish and serve.
