Celery, Ginger and Hot Honey Shooter
(celery, ginger + hot honey)
Makes 10 Shots

  What you need:
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 handful fresh parsley, with stems
3 tablespoons Savannah Bee Company Honey (we used Hot Honey)
1 teaspoon Savannah Bee Company Bee Pollen
2-inches fresh ginger knob
Juice of 1 lemon
4 stalks celery
1/2 cup cold water

What to do:
1. Wash Up.

2. Make the hot honey shots: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until all large pieces are blended. Pour liquid into a strainer over a pitcher and strain liquid. Transfer liquid to an airtight jar and enjoy for up to one week.

To Serve: A great way to wake up in the morning, enjoy 2 ounces of this celery drink with your breakfast.

Pro Tip: Make a large batch and pour into an ice cube mold to use for “healthy ice”.  We love using these to flavor tonic water when we aren’t feeling well!

Table Talk: What’s that one comfort food from your childhood you can’t stop thinking about when you’re not feeling well?
