Sourwood Candied Bacon

Thought bacon couldn’t get any better? Try this Sourwood Candied Bacon recipe –  so good it makes grown men giggle.  Now I can savor my two favorite flavors in one amazing bite.  Use these salty sweet strips of heaven for a Bloody Mary, Breakfast Bake or Nacho Stack but you’ll probably eat the first batch right off of the pan and anyone else will bee lucky to have a piece. Don’t feel bad – sometimes you have to treat yourself.

I recommend locally sourced, responsibly raised bacon.  Find it at your local Whole Foods or check a Farmer’s Market nearby!
