Pink Charcuterie Grazing Board
We love a monochromatic theme, and this pink- and red-hued board has us smiling from ear to ear. These gorgeous fruits, veggies, cheese, and whipped cottage cheese are the perfect pairing to our golden honeycomb.
Pink Charcuterie Grazing Board
(pink fruits and veggies + honeycomb + whipped beet cottage cheese)
Serves 4 to 6
What You Need:
For the whipped cottage cheese with beets:
½ cup cottage cheese
2 steamed beets (from an 8.8-ounce) package
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
For the board:
1 (5.6-ounce) Savannah Bee Company Raw Honeycomb
2 guava, cut into wedges
2 watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
1 (16-ounce) container strawberries
1 (6-ounce) container red currants
2 grapefruit, cut into sections
3 cups cubed watermelon
1 dragon fruit, cut into balls with a melon baller
1 (8-ounce) block sharp white Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
Crackers for serving
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Make the whipped cottage cheese: Place the cottage cheese and beets into a food processor. Process until very smooth. Remove from the food processor to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Set up the board: Arrange the cottage cheese, honeycomb, guava, radishes, strawberries, currants, grapefruit, watermelon, dragon fruit, and Cheddar cheese on a platter or board.
To Serve: Serve with a variety of crackers.
