Peach Ice Cream made with Lavender Honey

We're all screaming over this sweet and easy ice cream recipe.



Chill metal loaf pan -  one large pan or multiple smaller pans

Whisk condensed milk, vanilla, and salt together; set aside.

Whip the cream on medium-high speed until firm peaks form, about 2 minutes. Fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture with a rubber spatula until combined. Fold the lightened mixture into the whipped cream until well blended. Pour into chilled pan(s), and freeze, covered, until thick and creamy, about 2 hours.

Simmer sliced peaches in Lavender Honey on low heat for 10 min. Add bourbon if using.  Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.  Chill in refrigerator (or freezer) before adding to ice cream. 

Swirl in peaches then continue to freeze, covered, until scoopable, about 3 hours more.
