- Start with a great small batch yogurt. Check the ingredients list to make sure your yogurt doesn’t have any high fructose corn syrup. We are in love with Noosa Yoghurt and it’s available in most grocery stores.
- Use organic fruits only! Strawberries and other fruits are sprayed with highly toxic pesticides, bee safe with organic fruits for a clean diet.
- Use your favorite granola and nuts: we use the Cashew, Almond, Pistachio Mix by Back to Nature.
- Drizzle everything with Acacia Honey. It has a light vanilla flavor, perfect for fruits.
As always you are welcome to use your favorite flavor of honey. We recommend because of the flavor but also Acacia Honey is also more viscous. It creates little honey pockets in your yogurt that will make your day brighter with every bite.
