Brussels, Cranberries, and Candied Bacon

Like we've said, Bourbon Honey Candied Bacon makes everything better.  Add it to honey roasted brussels sprouts, and cranberries for a holiday dish everyone will love. As always, you can use your favorite varietal of honey instead.

1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts

3 Tablespoons olive oil

3 Tablespoons Acacia Honey

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup crumbled Bourbon Honey Candied Bacon

Salt and pepper

Fresh cranberries for garnish

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts, pull off any yellow outer leaves, and rinse.  Mix them in a bowl with Acacia Honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread them out on a lined sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly. Sprinkle with more kosher salt.
  • Toss with bacon and cranberries to serve, add fresh cranberries for garnish (if desired).
