Acacia Honey Protein Bites


 1 Cup Oats

 ½ cup toasted unsweetened coconut

 ½ cup Flax Seed

 ½ cup Toasted Sliced Almonds

 ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

 1/3 Cup Honey

 ¼ cup Chia Seeds

 ½ cup Dry Berries Cranberries, Cherries, Golden Raisins

 1 ½ Cups Almond Butter

 1 Cup Acacia Honey

 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract


  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl
  2. Mix all the ingredients with your hands. Bee sure to wear gloves otherwise yours hands will get messy.
  3. Let sit for about one day so the oats and other ingredients absorb the honey and almond butter
  4. Wearing gloves again scoop out about 1 tablespoons of mix at a time and roll into balls
  5. Let sit out overnight uncovered to slightly dry out

Makes about 40 bites
