"I love all the whipped honeys, both in tea and in coffee. But the whipped lemon is awesome to add to recipes, not only dessert recipes but also recipes such as baked fish, believe it or not! I often bake branzino and add this to the inside along with sliced lemons that creates a sweet/slightly sour kind of element. It’s also good to add to a fish dipper sauce!
