Hot Honey Sweet Potato Wedges
What’s the perfect pairing for spice-coated, roasted sweet potatoes? Our hot honey, of course. This simple side dish is great served with just about any main dish—a burger, steak, pork chop, salmon filet, or grilled chicken breast.
Hot Honey Sweet Potatoes Wedges
(spiced sweet potato wedges drizzled with hot honey)
Serves 6
What you need:
3 medium-size sweet potatoes, peeled
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Prep the Sweet Potatoes: Cut the sweet potatoes into ½-inch-thick wedges. Toss together with the oil, salt, paprika, and cinnamon on a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet.
3. Roast the Sweet Potatoes: Preheat the oven to 475°F. Bake the sweet potatoes on the middle rack for 40 minutes or until browned and tender, turning halfway through.
To Serve: Arrange the sweet potatoes on a serving platter. Drizzle with hot honey and serve.
