A premium harvest of our orange blossom honey has been carefully aged in the port wine barrels that once aged Angel’s Envy™ Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The resulting honey is incredible! A sweet citrusy vanilla forward flavor with a hint of Madeira that slowly fades. A sweet collaboration!

"This honey is fresh and the sweetness is calmed with the flavor of the orange blossom. There is a slight touch of a woodsy taste which also creates a less sweet honey. It has a richness as well - definitely a depth of flavor. Who needs to add it to anything. A spoonful to taste is amazing."
