Lavender Honey is among the most prized varietals of honey. We source our wild lavender honey from the remote mountains of Southern Spain, where the bees harvest nectar from the most beautiful Lavandula stoechas luisieri every year during late spring and early summer. This premium international honey has a faint, floral aroma, and a subtle fruity finish, that is more delicate than other monofloral varietals. Its light color, slightly purple hue, and gentle flavor notes make it particularly complementary in mild tea and as a sugar substitute in baking.

Love Lavender honey

I actually hate the taste of honey but while visiting Savannah I went into the Savannah Bee Co. And I got hooked on the Lavender honey.
I take one half to 1 teaspoon every other day it's actually very good for you. Cant believe I like honey now!

The best flavored Honey I've ever had.

Bought a 3 oz jar while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Now I want the 12 oz. Going to Savannah and will pick up some more while there.
