My favorite honey used to be orange blossom but now it is lavender. I made a lavender simple honey syrup, adding dried lavender. This honey gave it a richness I could haver had gotten with sugar! Thank you so much!

Another great selection from the busy bees at SBC! The lavender is very subtle and goes well with most anything! Toast, tea, dessert...anything that honey tastes great upon! Use as is or as a spread or blend.

My first taste of Savannah Bee Lavender Honey was a gift. After several months and depletion of my tupelo honey, I hesitantly opened it and was surprised how wonderful! The subtle flavor of lavender is just perfect, not overwhelming. Would highly recommend. A favorite in our home!

I was disappointed that the lavender honey didn't have that lavender taste. It tasted like any other honey.

This honey was delicious, just ordered our second jar of it. Its said that Lavendar scents/falvors helps to sleep calmly and with good dreams. I don't know if its just a placebo or not, but having this in herbal tea before bed does really seem to help us sleep well after stressful days

I give this to my grandkids during cold and flu season and it really helps boost their immunity. And it's wonderful in a cup of hot tea with lemon to ward off the sniffles. Best stuff ever!

Yo, lavender's a real nice, subtly sweet, floral flavor. How could I not? And this honey. Is real nice. Some nice floral notes, of course. Little bit of a tang on the back end. Not overly sweet. Lavender continues to impress me, by way of honey this time. Good stuff.

I love it. This is my third bottle! I use it in my tea, on cottage cheese and on my vanilla yogurt.

Disappointing... have had lavender honey from a few different sources, but this one tastes like plain honey.

Last year I purchased a small jar of the lavender honey for a friend. She loved it so much and let me try it. I had to have some for myself. It is great on non-fat yogurt and banana, or in tea with a little lemon.

I actually hate the taste of honey but while visiting Savannah I went into the Savannah Bee Co. And I got hooked on the Lavender honey. I take one half to 1 teaspoon every other day it's actually very good for you. Cant believe I like honey now!

Bought a 3 oz jar while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Now I want the 12 oz. Going to Savannah and will pick up some more while there.

I recieved a sampler box of the artisanal honeys with the lavender/acacia/rosemary honeys in it and I absolutely loved the lavender. Lavender is one of my favorite flavors to put in tea or just by itself, so adding this so coffees and teas or just on fruit as a sweetener was amazing and slightly soothing.

I could not be happier with Savannah Bee... what a wonderful product!

This is the Best tasting honey, ever! I purchased your Raw Lavender Honey at Home Goods in Hoover, Alabama. The bottle sat in my pantry for while to finish the older, different brand. My goodness, this is now my favorite brand of honey.

It tastes well in all tea and pretty much all food.

Last year I visited Savannah and went to a Savannah Bee store to do some honey tasting. After tasting all the varieties I found Acacia and Lavender honey to suit my taste buds for natural sweetness. After buying only the Acacia I decided to order the Lavender honey in my second order. While I like the Acacia honey for its lightness and level of sweetness I find the Lavender a little more robust. It is a darker color and has a more dense honey flavor than Acacia in my opinion. So if you like a deeper tasting honey try the Lavender and it does not taste like it comes from Lavender.

I have a teaspoon of this honey every night before bed. I love the mild taste!

I love this honey. It's light and sweet, perfect for people who don't like a very "strong" honey.

I absolutely LOVE this honey! I discovered it on a trip to Savannah and I loved its mild flavor. It does not taste like lavender, just to be clear. I had it with apples, berries, cheese, and bread. I had never tried doing that before but now I am eating this for dinner! I will be ordering more to keep as a staple in my pantry.

They were out of orange blossom, so I tried the lavender honey. It is so nice in a cup of tea. It seems to have a calming effect. I'll be ordering it again.

This is my second purchase of this positively exquisite honey!!! Excellent on Greek yogurt. We use it in the evening, warm milk and honey, with some finely grated fresh nutmeg on top. Zzzzz

To me it tastes like a cross between wildflower and acacia.

Absolutely brilliant! This honey has a light, smooth, crisp flavor. Delicious!
Many beekeepers believe lavender to be among the honeybee's favorite flowering species because of the relatively large amount of nectar it produces and the hardy nature of the plant.
Savannah Bee Company Lavender Honey is made from the nectar of Lavandula stoechas luisieri, which grows wild on the border between Spain and Portugal and blankets the mountainsides in purple flowers during the month of May.
Lavender honey is a sought after varietal popular around the world. Most companies sell a French varietal of lavender honey, while others only sell lavender-infused honey. Ours is neither. And that is what makes ours an incredible find. We hope you enjoy it.
