Known for its distinct clarity and resistance to crystallization, this single-varietal gem comes from honey harvested from the forests of black locust trees that grow from Northern Italy to Ukraine.
Acacia honey’s high fructose content helps it remain in a liquid state—some call it “white water.”

"I first tasted acacia honey in the Great Market Hall in Budapest. I had never seen clear, transparent honey before. The honey impressed me with its sweet floral taste and lightness. Our guide raved about the medicinal and health benefits of acacia honey. I am thrilled to find such high quality acacia back home in the United States. Savannah Bee’s acacia is a light, sweet, honey. "The honey is very sweet and mild. Good for teas or when you need something very light. It holds a good honey flavor rather than one distinct flavor (earthy, buttery, etc). I would say this one takes over "honey for your tea" if that one is out."
Literally the best honey
"If vanilla and honey had a baby, it would be this!! It’s so sweet and light and truly no other honey compares. I tried it one time at a grocery store, and spent years trying to find it again. Stumbled across Savannah Bee Co. and it was their honey I tried in a small 3oz container years ago. I’ve now gone through MANY 12oz containers. I may get the bottle of it next time because it’s that good. I’ve also tried many others from Savannah, all are great, but there’s something so unique about Acacia that I can’t get over."

"Light clean and delicious. This is my go to honey when I don't want it overpowering my delicate tea or recipes. I love this honey in a nice green tea, but I've also drizzled it on top of brie cheese with walnuts as well. You won't regret giving this one a try!"

"Acacia Honey is amazing. Besides been such a mild tasting honey it does not crystalize. I like to buy the big bottle honey, so sometimes it takes me a while to use it before it crystalizes. I order it by mail and receive fast. I highly recommend the Acacia Honey."
