"We visited the store in Myrtle Beach. The women there were wonderful and informative and the mead was exceptional. We did not check baggage so had merch (>3. 1 oz) shipped back to MA. When the shipment arrived, we found that there had been damage to some of the contents. As it was a shipper issue clearly and not the fault of the folks at Savannah Bee, we just reordered two more of what was damaged but dropped them a line to maybe be a little more diligent in securing the product for shipping. The following day we received a highly apologetic email that they were crediting back the replacement product and the shipping, no further questions asked and a follow up email came several days later to ensure the new shipment was undamaged. If only more merchants were that responsive and empathetic. . . PS The honey is fabulous!"
