We have heard that some of our fellow bees have had some questions regarding our Royalty Rewards Program. Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
What is the Royalty Rewards Program?
Savannah Bee Company's Royalty Rewards Program is a rewards program that benefits its members with points every time they shop online or in-store using their account email. All members have access to exclusive discounts and promotional offers. Members can also earn additional points by performing other program actions, such as purchasing for the second time, reading our blog, sharing your birthday with us, following us on Instagram and Facebook, sharing a post on Facebook, leaving a review, adding a video or photo in a review, and referring a friend. Members can use earned points to redeem coupons they can use online or in-store.
How do I earn points?
By shopping with us! Every $1 you spend is 1 point you can use towards future purchases. Every 100 points= $5. Members can also earn points by performing certain other program actions.
How can I earn points by reading the blog?
By following four easy steps:
- Login to your account
- Click “Rewards”
- Click "Learn More about the Bees" under "Ways to Earn Points"
- Type “Yes” when asked if you read our blog
How can I earn points on my birthday?
By following four easy steps:
- Login to your account
- Click “Rewards”
- Click "Happy Birthday" under "Ways to Earn Points"
- Enter your birthday
How can I earn points by following Savannah Bee on a social platform?
By following four easy steps:
- Login to your account
- Click “Rewards”
- Navigate to "Ways to Earn Points" and click "Follow us on Facebook" or "Follow us on Instagram"
- Login to your social account and follow us
How can I earn points by sharing a post on Facebook?
By following four easy steps:
- Login to your account
- Click “Rewards”
- Click "Share on Facebook" under "Ways to Earn Points"
- Login to your social account and share our post
How can I earn points by leaving a review?
By following four easy steps:
- After your order arrives, you will receive an email asking you to rate and review the product(s) you purchased.Use the link in your Rate and Review email to visit https://savannahbee.com/.
- Write your review. (Remember, you can get extra points for adding a video or an image to you review)
- Once you post your review, you will receive a confirmation requesting verification.

How can I see if my points have been updated?
By following three easy steps:
- Login to your account
- Click “Rewards”
- Check your point balance by navigating right above “Ways to Earn Points”

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
Do I have to be logged in to earn points?
Yes, to accumulate points, you must be logged in.
How do I log in?
For a desktop, follow two easy steps:
- Click on the Rewards tab at the top right corner of the website, and click “Sign In”
- Log in using your email address and password
For a mobile device, follow three easy steps:
- Click the three lines at the top left corner of the website
- Click on the Rewards tab at the top right corner of the website, and click “Sign In”
- Log in using your email address and password
How can I see how many points I have?
Once logged in, click on Rewards, and then navigate right above “Ways to Earn Points.” You will see how many points you have total. Or, login to your account and navigate to the account page.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity occurs when you do not earn or redeem points.
How do I redeem points?
Redeem your points for coupons that you can use online or in-store.
At Checkout, by following four easy steps:
- Login to your account
- Add products to your Cart
- Head to Checkout
- Use the drop-down menu at checkout to choose the reward you want to use, and then click “apply”
What if I applied my points at checkout and my card didn’t go through?
Points are only deducted once the transaction has fully processed. So if your order did not process or you changed your mind about checking out, no points will be deducted.
When I redeem my points are they applied immediately?
Once you redeem your points, they will immediately be applied to your order summary at checkout.
*Please note that points will not be deducted from your account until your order has fully processed.
How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status is determined by the amount you spend with us beginning October 7th and everyday onward.
To reach:
Newbee, you do not have to spend anything. Just sign up for our program.
Worker bee, you must spend a total amount of $250
Queen Bee, you must spend a total amount of $500
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks for life. As you move up in the tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier. Please note, this is based on lifetime spend.
How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?
When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
When your total spend crosses a tier threshold, you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
Does my tier status expire?
No, once you qualify for a tier, you will be in that tier for life.
I have spent money with Savannah Bee Company this year, but my tier status says I have spent $0. Why?
Purchases made before October 7th do not count towards tier status.
I ordered online and did not receive the shipping benefits stated for my tier status. Why?
In order to get the shipping benefits that come with your tier status, you must be logged in.
How do I enroll in the program?
By following three easy steps:
- Click “Rewards”
- Click "Join Now"
- Enter your name, email address, and create a password

Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! You can earn 100 points every time you refer a friend who spends $30 or more! No limit!
I referred a friend, but did not receive my reward. Why?
You will only earn 100 points when a friend spends $30 or more using your referral link.
How do I refer a friend?
By following four easy steps:
- Login to your account
- Click “Rewards”
- Head to "Ways to Earn Points"
- Enter as many of your friends' emails as you would like
