Easy Denim Napkin Rings
We thrifted children's denim jeans to make these cowboy chic denim napkin rings. It's as easy as a snip and a stitch! Here's how we did it!
Denim Napkin Rings
makes 6 napkin rings
What you need:
6 pair of thrifted children's denim jeans.
Seam ripper
Scissors
Sewing Machine (or hand needle) and yellow gold thread
What to do:
1. Cut the waistband: Cut the waistband from each pair of denim. Save the rest for other crafting projects like the trees on this table setting!
2. Size the napkin ring: Lay the waistband out flat on a surface and cut 3.5" inches from the fastener and the hole. You will end up with 3 pieces of band. Save the middle longer piece for another project. You will only be using the two pieces that fasten together.
3. Sew the napkin ring: Machine sew or hand sew the two pieced together. It's okay to see the seam! Lay flat, place a napkin inside, and fasten together!
