Summer Fruit Grazing Board
(melons, berries, peaches + raw honeycomb sunshine)
What you need:
1 5.6 oz Savannah Bee Company® Raw Honeycomb
1/2 cantaloupe, thinly sliced with seeds and rind removed
1/2 honeydew melon, thinly sliced with seeds and rind removed
2 blood oranges, sliced
2 oranges, sliced
3 peaches, pitted, halved and sliced
4-6 apricots, pitted, halved and sliced
1 (12oz) container raspberries
1 pint strawberries, halved
1 pint pink-a-boo pineberries, halved
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
3. Place Large Items: Choose a space for the honeycomb and distribute honeydew and cantaloupe throughout the board.
4. Layer Oranges and Stone Fruits: Fan out the oranges and place them around the board. You can cut some of your rounds into half circles to add texture! Add in an assortment of apricots and peaches in both slices and halves.
5. Add Berries: Layer in strawberries and pineberries.
6. Finishing Touches: Adjust items as necessary, add a Honeycomb Knife to your honeycomb, pour your guests a glass of crisp white wine and dig in!
Pro Tip: To win the award for “best food styling” at your neighborhood summer picnic, use fruits that are all in the same color family.
