Lemon, Ginger, and Honey Shooter

Lemon, Ginger, and Honey Shooter

Ginger shots are a powerful tool to boost immunity and aid with digestion.

Lemon, Ginger, and Honey Shooter
(lemon, ginger + whipped honey)
Makes 8

What you need:
½ cup ginger root, chopped
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Savannah Bee Company Honey (we used Whipped Honey with Lemon)
1 cup cold water
Pinch of cayenne pepper

What to do:
1. Wash Up

2. Make the lemon ginger shots: Add ginger, lemon juice, honey, water, and cayenne pepper into a blender and pulse until the mixture is smooth. Strain the shots through a fine, mesh sieve or nut milk bag. Pour into an airtight container to keep up to 5 days.

To Serve: Pour out 2oz into a glass and down the hatch.

Pro Tip: Make a large batch and portion it into ice cube trays and transfer to a freezer bag. Whenever you feel a cold coming on, all you need to do is thaw a couple out and you have an immune boosting shot at the ready.
