Honey-Spiced Popcorn Balls

Let the kids help with this one but be prepared because they will eat the delicious pumpkin spice coated popcorn long before it makes it into the shape of a ball.
Honey-Spiced Popcorn Balls
(popcorn, brown sugar + pumpkin spice honey)
makes 6 (3-inch) popcorn balls or 12 (1.5-inch) popcorn balls
What you need:
1/2 cup Savannah Bee Company® Pumpkin Spice Whipped Honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter, plus more for forming balls
Pinch Salt 5 cups hot - air popped popcorn
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Place air-popped popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
3. Heat Sugars: In a 2- quart saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon butter. Heat over medium high heat until a candy thermometer or instant-read thermometer reaches 275º F.
4. Combine Ingredients: Pour honey mixture over popcorn and stir to coat with a wooden spoon. 5. Shape Popcorn Balls: As soon as the coated popcorn mixture is cool enough to handle (but still warm), butter your hands and then shape into balls.
To Serve: Serve same day or wrap individually in plastic wrap to keep for up to one week.
