Peanut butter, pumpkin and honey protein snacks.
Honey Power Bites
(peanut butter, pumpkin, seeds, chocolate + honey)
Makes 16 (1-inch) balls
What you need:
1 1/2 cup regular or gluten free old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoon Savannah Bee Company® Saw Palmetto Honey
4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder and or 1serving of collagen
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons chocolate chips or cocoa nibs, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon to combine. The batter will be thick!
3. Shape Protein Bites: Use a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop or a large spoon to portion out mixture. Roll and compress each scoop into a ball using your hands.
To Use: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freeze for longer.
