Honey Badger

This drink was first served to a bunch of journalists at a large party in New York City. The guests were balletic upon entering and bumbling upon exiting. Honey badger don’t care.

Honey Badger
(citrus, bourbon + hot honey)
Serves 2

What you need:
2 oranges, juiced
2 lemons, juiced
2 tablespoons Savannah Bee Company honey (we used Hot Honey) simple syrup (mix 1 tablespoon hot honey with 1 tablespoon hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool before using)
2 jiggers bourbon (3 ounces)
Habanero pepper for garnish (optional)

What to do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Make cocktail: Add ice to a large cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients and 3/4 cup water. Shake. Shake. Shake.

To Serve: Divide Honey Badger between two glasses and garnish with a fiery pepper (optional).
