Grown Up Cheese Toasts
(Comté cheese toasts with fresh cherries and honey)
What you need:
4 slices sourdough bread, cut in half crosswise
¾ cup shredded Comté or Gruyère cheese
1 cup pitted and sliced fresh cherries
½ (5.3-ounce) Savannah Bee Company® Raw Honeycomb
Savannah Bee Company® Rosemary Honey or your favorite Savannah Bee Company® honey for drizzling
Fresh thyme sprigs
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Toast the Bread: Preheat the broiler. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and top with the cheese. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
