Citrus Smoothie with Orange Blossom Honey

Citrus fruits are an excellent source of Vitamin C, which helps strengthen the immune system. They also have other health beneiits such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Citrus and honey make the perfect team to keep your body healthy this cold and flu season. 

Ingredients Makes (4-6 Servings)

½ Cup Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice (Use one grapefruit peeled and seeds out)

½ Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange juice (Use 1 orange peeled and cut seeds out)

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Turmeric

2 cups Pineapple Chunks

½ Cup Orange Blossom Honey

2 Cups of Ice

1 Cup Oat Milk

1 ½ Cups Plain Fat-Free Yogurt

Directions

  1. In a blender add first 6 ingredients and blend well 
  2. Add the ice, oat milk and yogurt blend until smooth
  3. Pour into glass sprinkle a little cinnamon on top
  4. Enjoy
