I take a teaspoon of bee pollen every day to help with allergies and boost my immune system. I sprinkle it on top of my local honey and don't notice the taste. Since taking bee pollen, my allergies are nonexistent and I haven't been sick in several years. I've been taking bee pollen from all over the US for a balanced approach to help fight allergies.

This is my first time using Bee Pollen and I really enjoy putting it in my yogurt every morning and it tastes great. I also ordered the Bee Cause "Honey" and it tastes better than any honey I have purchased in the grocery store. Both products are EXCELLENT!!

This is an interesting product. I tried it on its own. Not recommended. Then I tried it in my smoothie. It works well in the smoothie. Has a flavor but not off putting. I would recommend this product.
