"As usual, I have nothing bad to say about the honey. It has a floral, citrusy, fruity, smoky, earthy, spicy taste. It has a smooth, creamy, buttery, slightly crystalized texture. As to sweetness, it is between candy sweet and sweet, with a little softly sweet thrown in. As usual, I can’t decide which kind is the best or my favorite. I will say it is so much better than the honey you buy off the shelves of the supermarket. I had to o that when I was late placing my order and I ran out of all my favorites. That won’t happen again"
