Radish Grazing Board

Radish Grazing Board

Just two ingredients make the best spring appetizer! This spring platter with raw honeycomb is simple and ever so effective! And before your guests even ask… YES, you can eat every part of the honeycomb!

Radish Grazing Board
(watermelon radish + raw honeycomb)
Serves 6

What you need:
1 bunch small radishes, with stems
2 bunches watermelon radishes
1 (12.3oz) Savannah Bee Company® Raw Honeycomb

What to do:
1. Wash Up!

2. Prepare radishes: Rinse the radishes -leaves and all- to remove any remaining dirt. Slice some of the watermelon radishes and quarter some. Small radishes should be left whole with the stems on.

3. Arrange the platter: Remove your honeycomb from its box using Ted's signature honeycomb trick and arrange your radishes around the honeycomb.

Pro Tip: If your radish leaves are looking a little limp, you can put them in a large bowl of ice water for 15-20 minutes and the leaves will perk right up!
