Honey Hot Sauce Hash Brown Bowl
A simple dessert that comes together in less than 30 minutes.
Honey Hot Sauce Hash Brown Bowl
(hash browns, grilled vegetables + honey hot sauce)
Makes: 2-3 servings
What you need:
1 roughly 20oz package of Frozen Hash Browns
4 tablespoons avocado oil
1 ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
Savannah Bee Company Honey Hot Sauce, plus more for drizzling
What to do:
1. Wash Up
2. Make Hashbrowns: Heat avocado oil over medium high heat in a large skillet and cook frozen hash browns. Once poured into the pan leave the hash browns alone until golden brown. Flip and repeat until golden. 3. Cook Vegetables: Slice and cook red peppers and onions over medium high heat until starting to darken with salt and pepper to taste.
To Serve: Fill your bowls with veggies and hash browns. Top with avocado slices, and douse with Honey hot Sauce!
