Grilled Corn with Green Onion Honey Butter

Grilled Corn with Green Onion Honey Butter

Nothing says summer quite like grilled corn. We love the spicy-smoky-sweet combo of this grilled corn brushed with our hot honey-infused butter.

Grilled Corn with Green Onion Honey Butter
(a delicious summertime side)
Serves 4

What you need:
½ cup salted butter, softened
2 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons of Savannah Bee Company honey (we used Savannah Bee Company Hot Honey), plus more for drizzling
4 ears of corn, silks removed but husks attached
Salt

What to do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Prep the Corn: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Stir together the butter, green onion, and 3 tablespoons honey. Peel back the husks from the corn and brush with half of the butter. Wrap the husks around the corn.

3. Grill the Corn: Grill for 15 to 20 minutes or until the corn is tender. Peel back the husks. Return the corn to the grill and grill 2 to 3 minutes to char, turning occasionally.

To Serve: Transfer the corn to a serving platter and brush with the remaining butter. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with additional honey, if desired.

Pro-Tip: The flavored butter from this recipe is also great on biscuits, cornbread, and sweet potatoes.
