Christmas Wreath Charcuterie Board
This Christmas charcuterie wreath is one of our favorite ways to usher in the holiday season. It’s an easy appetizer that’s both festive and impressive. Our honeycomb is the perfect complement to the sliced meats, pickled vegetables, and cheeses.
Christmas Wreath Charcuterie Board
(honeycomb + Charcuterie + pickled things + cheese)
Serves 12
What you need:
1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
1 (15-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts
1 (8-ounce) package pearled mozzarella
1 (8-ounce) block feta cheese, cut into cubes
4 ounces gouda cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup Castelvetrano Olives
1 cup kalamata olives
4 ounces sliced spicy pepperoni
4 ounces sliced Genoa salami
1 cup spicy cornichons
½ cup pepper drops
Toothpicks
Rosemary sprigs

What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Make the charcuterie skewers: Divide the ingredients between the toothpicks, alternating as desired.
3. Prep the honeycomb: Cut the honeycomb into cubes.
To Serve: Arrange the toothpicks in a wreath shape on a platter, stacking in 2 to 3 layers as desired. Place the honeycomb in the center of the wreath. Garnish with rosemary sprigs to look like greenery.
