We have heard that some of our fellow bees have had some questions regarding our Royalty Program. Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

What is the Royalty Program?

Savannah Bee Company's Royalty Program is a rewards program that benefits its members with points every time they shop online or in-store using their account email. All members have access to exclusive discounts and promotional offers. Members can also earn additional points by performing other program actions such as purchasing for the first time, reading our blog, sharing your birthday with us, following us on Instagram and Facebook, sharing a post on Facebook, and referring a friend. How do I earn points?

By shopping with us! Every $1 you spend is 1 point you can use towards future purchases. Every 100 points= $5. Members can also earn points by performing certain other program actions.

How can I earn points by reading the blog?

By following four easy steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Royalty" at the bottom of the website under more
  3. Click "Read our Blog" under "Ways to Earn Points"
  4. Paste the link to the blog you read

How can I earn points on my birthday?

By following four easy steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Royalty" at the bottom of the website under more
  3. Click "Happy Birthday" under "Ways to Earn Points"
  4. Enter your birthday

How can I earn points by following Savannah Bee on a social platform?

By following four easy steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Royalty" at the bottom of the website under more
  3. Click "Follow us on Facebook" or "Follow us on Instagram" under "Ways to Earn Points"
  4. Log into your social account and follow us

How can I earn points by sharing a post on Facebook?

By following four easy steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Royalty" at the bottom of the website under more
  3. Click "Share on Facebook" under "Ways to Earn Points"
  4. Log into your social account and share our post

How can I see if my points have been updated?

By following three easy steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Royalty" on your account page
  3. Click "Royalty History"

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn.

Do I have to be logged in to earn points?

Yes, to accumulate points you must be logged in.

How do I log in?

For a desktop, follow two easy steps:

  1. Click on the Account button at the top right corner of the website
  2. Log in using your email address and password

For a mobile device, follow three easy steps:

  1. Click the three lines at the top left corner of the website
  2. Click "Account"
  3. Log in using your email address and password

How can I see how many points I have?

Once logged in, click on Account, and then click Royalty on your account page. You will then have access to how many points you have, how many points you have redeemed for store credit, and your royalty history.

How do I log out?

For a desktop, click "Account" at the top right corner of the website twice to log out of your account.

On a mobile device, click the three lines at the top left corner of the website and then click "Account" to log out.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity occurs when you do not earn or redeem points.

How do I redeem points?

By following four easy steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Royalty" on your account page
  3. Click "Redeem Now"
  4. Your store credit will be reflected in your order summary at checkout

When I redeem my points are they applied immediately?

Immediately after redeeming your points, they are ready to use at check out. Once your points are redeemed they can not be unredeemed.

*A tip from the Worker Bees: Make sure you redeem points only when you are ready to use all of them. All of your points are automatically applied in your order summary at check out once they are redeemed.

How do I enroll in the program?

By following three easy steps:

  1. Click "Account"
  2. Click "Create Account"
  3. Enter your name, email address, mailing address, and create a password

What can I do if I have any questions about my points, status, or account?

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! You can earn 100 points every time you refer a friend who spends $30 or more! No limit!

I referred a friend but did not receive my reward. Why?

You will only earn 100 points when a friend spends $30 or more using your referral link. 

How do I refer a friend? 

By following four easy steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Royalty" at the bottom of the website under more 
  3. Click "Start Referring Now" under "Ways to Earn Points"
  4. Enter as many of your friends' emails as you would like
