A: Orders need to be finalized and approved with all necessary documents submitted at least 2 weeks before the requested ship date. If you need it sooner, please contact us.

A: Samples can be ordered directly through our website, the same as any standard web order. There are no discounts for sample orders.

A: In order to take advantage of our volume discount, please complete our order request form and a Customer Experience Team member will reach out to follow up with any questions.

A: Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship outside the U.S. and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A: All orders include a Packing Slip, that outlines the items in the order, but does not have any pricing information.

A: If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect shipping address being provided, we can reship the order, however, you are required to pay for the cost to reship the package. However, if the error lies with us, we will reship at no cost to you.

A: Shipping rates are based on actual costs and are calculated specifically for each gift according to the weight and dimensions of the item and where it is being shipped. Because shipping rates are calculated based on the item you select, we do not have a standard shipping rate table available.

A: Yes! We will provide you with a CSV file to give us the names and addresses of the lucky recipients. We extend a Flat Rate of $13 per address. However, if you have any questions or need assistance, you may give us a buzz at 800.955.5080

A: There is a $10 re-processing fee for each package we receive back at our warehouse. Packages can be reshipped at the buyer’s request, or the buyer may request to have the items sent to them directly. An updated shipping address will be required, and additional shipping rates will apply. Refunds are available for items that were not customized. If a refund is requested, the $10 fee will be subtracted from the cost of the item and the refund will be for the remaining balance.
