Radishes with Honey Butter
(crisp radish, lavender honey, butter + flake sea salt)
Serves 4
What you need:
2 bunches small radishes, with stems
½ cup (1 stick) high quality salted butter, room temperature
1-2 tablespoons Savannah Bee Company Honey ( we used Lavender Honey) or your favorite Savannah Bee Company Honey
Heavy pinch of flake sea salt (optional)
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Prepare Honey Butter: Add room temperature butter to a shallow dish…give it a good swirl! Drizzle with honey and place on a serving platter or large plate.
3. Prepare and Arrange Radishes: Rinse and pat dry radishes. Arrange on a platter around your honey butter. Drizzle with more honey if desired. Add a pinch of flake sea salt over everything and pretend you are in the South of France.
Pro Tip: If your radish leaves are looking a little limp, you can put them in a large bowl of ice water for 15 minutes and the leaves will perk right up!
