Grapefruit Spritzer

A riff on a classic Aperol Spritz made with Champagne and refreshing grapefruit juice. The result is bittersweet drink that can fancy up your next dinner party any time of year.  

Grapefruit Spritzer 
(grapefruit, aperol + champagne) 
Makes 1

What you need:

3 ounces Aperol
1 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
3 ounces Champagne
Grapefruit slice for garnish

What to do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Make a Mead Grapefruit Spritz: Fill wine glass with ice until nearly full. Pour in Aperol and grapefruit juice. Top with Champagne and stir.

To Serve: Add a grapefruit slice for garnish and serve.

Pro Tip: Easily multiple this drink by the number of your guests and make a pitcher.
