Prosciutto, Brie, and Honeycomb Sandwich

Tangy mustard, salty ham, creamy Brie, peppery arugula, and a sweet crunch from our honeycomb make this THE ultimate sandwich.

Prosciutto, Brie, and Honeycomb Sandwich
(a French-inspired bistro sandwich)
Serves 4

What you need:
1 (12-ounce) baguette
¼ cup Dijon mustard
8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto or ham
2 cups baby arugula
4 ounces Brie, sliced
1 (3-inch) piece Savannah Bee Company® Raw Honeycomb, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon honey from honeycomb container

What to do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Prep the Bread: Split the baguette in half lengthwise. Brush both cut sides with mustard.

3. Finish the Sandwich: Top the bottom half of the bread with the ham, arugula, Brie, and honeycomb. Drizzle with honey and replace the baguette top.
Pro Tip: This is a thick rich sauce that thickens as it cools. If you like a thinner sauce, add a little warm water to desired thickness.

To Serve: Cut the sandwich into four pieces and serve.
