A gorgeous monochromatic combination of honeycomb, hard cheeses, soft cheeses, nuts, and olives makes this fruit platter a showstopper. Changing up the fruit for the season is an easy way to serve this easy appetizer year-round.

Festive Fruit and Cheese Platter
(honeycomb + cheese + figs and grapes)
Serves 4 to 6

What You Need:

Savannah Bee Company Raw Honeycomb
1 wedge Drunken Goat cheese, cut into wedges
1 wedge Danish blue cheese
1 cup Marcona almonds
1 pint fresh figs
1 bunch red grapes
Β½ cup kalamata olives
Artisanal crackers
Fresh herbs for garnish

What to Do:Β 

  1. Wash Up!
  1. Build the platter: Arrange the honeycomb, cheeses, almonds, fruit, olives, and crackers on a large platter.

To Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!Β 

Pro Tip: Enjoy this cheese board any time of year. Figs and grapes are bountiful in Fall. For a winter version try mandarin orange segments and pears. For a spring version, use strawberries and raspberries. For summer, try peaches and melon.Β
