Whipped Honey Holiday Drinks
Cozy drinks to enjoy after an epic sledding or skating sesh, once your boots have been loosened at aprés ski or just sitting by a popping fire. All made with our delicious whipped honeys and the love that you put into the swizzle.
Mexican Hot Chocolate
(bittersweet chocolate, milk, cinnamon + whipped honey with chocolate)
Servings: 2
What you need:
2 cups milk
1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1 heaping tablespoons Savannah Bee Company® Whipped Honey with Chocolate
1 heaping tablespoon Savannah Bee Company® Whipped Honey with Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
Honey Marshmallows (optional)
Cinnamon sticks for garnish.
What to do:
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add the milk and heat until just lightly simmering. Add chocolate chips and whisking until melted. Whisk in whipped honey, vanilla and ground cinnamon. Add more whipped honey if desired.
Serve warm topped with Honey Marshmallows (optional). Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
Pro Tip: Spike it with a little Kaluah when no one is looking.
White Hot Chocolate
(white chocolate, milk + whipped honey)
Servings: 2
What you need:
2 cups milk
1/4 heaping cup white chocolate chips
2 heaping tablespoons Savannah Bee Company® Original Whipped Honey or Savannah Bee Company® Winter White Honey
1/8 teaspoon orange, vanilla or peppermint extract
Honey Marshmallows (optional)
What to do:
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add the milk and heat until just lightly simmering. Add chocolate chips and whisking until melted. Whisk in whipped honey and extract of choice. Add more whipped honey if desired.
Serve warm topped with Honey Marshmallows (optional).
Pro Tip: For the littles, flavor with bubblegum extract (yes it's a thing) and garnish with colorful sprinkles.
Ted's Lemon Thyme Toddy
(fresh lemon, thyme, lemon whipped honey + a spike)
Servings: 2
What you need:
2 heaping tablespoons Savannah Bee Company® Whipped Honey with Lemon
1 large sprig of thyme, plus more for garnish
2 lemons, 2 thin slices removed and the rest juiced
2 oz bourbon or rum, optional
What to do:
In a small saucepan, add 2 cups water and heat until just lightly simmering. Stir in whipped honey. Remove from heat and add thyme. Cover and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Return to low heat and add lemon juice and bourbon. Serve warm and garnish with the reserved lemon slices and thyme.
