Savannah Banana Smoothie
Savannah Banana Smoothie
(peanut butter, banana, instant coffee, +honey)
Makes 1 (10-12 ounce) smoothie
What you need:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons Savannah Bee Company® Honey
1/4 cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
1 banana, frozen
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Savannah Bee Company® Bee Pollen
1 1/2 cups almond milk, or milk of your your preference.
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Prepare smoothie: Combine rolled oats, honey, peanut butter, banana, chia seeds, instant coffee, cocoa powder, bee pollen and preferred milk. Blend until smooth, adding milk as necessary to achieve desired thickness.
Pro Tip! Add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt if you’re looking for an extra protein punch!
