Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
Take this humble, low-carb vegetable to the next level. Cutting it into “steaks” increases the surface area so more opportunity for crispy browned bits. We love drizzling our hot honey over the top after it’s roasted.
Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
(browned and tender roasted cauliflower + hot honey finish)
Serves 4 to 6
What you need:
2 heads cauliflower, cut crosswise into ¾-inch round slices
2 tablespoons vegetable or avocado oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Chopped fresh parsley
Savannah Bee Company honey (we used Hot Honey)
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Prep Cauliflower: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Coat the cauliflower slices with oil and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Place on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
3. Roast Cauliflower: Bake for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is browned and tender.
To Serve: Sprinkle the cauliflower with parsley and drizzle with honey hot sauce.
