Honey Hot Sauced Egg Salad Toast

Honey Hot Sauced Egg Salad Toast

Probably the best idea ever for using up leftover hard boiled eggs.

Honey Hot Sauced Egg Salad Toast
(egg salad, honey hot sauce, avocado + charred toast)
Serves 4

What you need:
8 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
¼ cup mayonnaise (we use Dukes natch)
2 tablespoons Savannah Bee Company® Honey Hot Sauce plus more for a finishing drizzle
4 thick slices of sourdough bread
4 teaspoons olive or avocado oil
2 avocados, sliced
Kosher salt

What to do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Make the Egg Salad: In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the chopped eggs, mayonnaise and Savannah Bee Company® Honey Hot Sauce. Salt to taste. Set aside.

3. Charr the Toast: Preheat your oven to broil. Place slices of bread on a baking sheet and drizzle oil over. Broil until charred around the edges.

To Serve: Top toast with avocados, egg salad and and extra drizzle of Honey Hot Sauce if you dare.
