Crunchy Honey Granola

The first thing you make when you get the groceries put away and your house will smell divine for the rest of the day.

Crunchy Honey Granola

(oats, shaved coconut + dried fruit)

Makes 12-16 servings


What you need:

4 cups old fashioned oats

2 cups shaved coconut

2 cups nuts (we used cashews, almonds and pecans, chopped) 3/4 cups avocado oil

2 cups roughly chopped dried fruits (we used dried cherries)

1/2 cup Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey, plus more for drizzling


What to do:

1. Wash Up

2. Bake Oatmeal: Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Line a sheet tray with parchment. Mix oats, coconut, nuts and avocado oil in a bowl, then spread evenly not the parchment. Bake until golden brown, stirring occasionally for about 45 minutes.

ย 3. Add dried cherries: Once finished baking, stir in dried cherries.

To Serve: Add 1/4 cup of granola to a bowl of yogurt and drizzle with a little extra honey! Enjoy while you fuel up for a long day.
