Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Guidelines

The minimum opening order must be strictly adhered to at $300; $150 reorder. All orders must ship in full cases.

Payment Terms

Initial orders must be prepaid via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. If applying for Net 30-day terms, a credit application as well a valid copy of your resale certificate and Federal Tax ID is required to process an application.

Shipping Terms

Savannah Bee Company ships the most cost-effective way via FedEx or LTL third party. All orders are FOB Savannah, GA. Customers are responsible for their shipping costs whether Prepaid or Third Party. Standard lead time is 3-5 business days. Any orders with special requirements will require a 14-day lead time. Local pickup may be available at our warehouse, please contact us for more information.

Damages or Missing Items

All damaged or missing item claims must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of the shipment. We require photos of the damage including the outer case and/or the items damaged in transit. If the damaged/missing items are less than $100 then credit will be provided upon approval. If an order is cancelled after it’s fulfilled or in transit a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Third-Party Resellers

Resellers will not sell or advertise Savannah Bee Company products to or through any national or global online marketplaces such as but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Jet, Facebook etc. or other third-party resellers unless authorized in writing by Savannah Bee Company. Resellers will not create ad campaigns, purchase and or utilize any online keywords containing the term Savannah Bee Company or any Savannah Bee Company product names from any source such as, but not limited to Google ads, Yahoo and Bing.

Promotional Support

We offer training and promotional materials for both our honey and body care products including - point of sale cards and tear-off pads, webinar/conference call staff training (available upon request), monthly promotions, Bee fact's photos for reproduction.

Honey Longevity & Crystallization

We do not accept returns on crystalized honey or separated whipped honey. Honey is a natural sugar-based product and may begin to crystallize. Whipped honey may also begin to separate over a period of time. Products should be stored in temperature-controlled areas to discourage the formation of crystals. To dissolve crystals put the jar into warm water. Whipped honey can be stirred to regain consistency. Honey has virtually unlimited shelf life and never expires. We date our honey the day it is bottled and labeled. Some bottles display a mandated expiration date. Different types of honey or seasonal offerings may not be available from year to year.
