This interactive and educational Bee Garden Tour is the bees knees – your group will buzz with excitement!
Pardon our puns, but this tour is where we get to show you exactly what we're all about at Savannah Bee Company.
Signing up means you get a behind the scenes tour of what exactly it's like to be a beekeeper.
You learn all about the life of a hive, and a member of our brilliant staff will take you out to the Bee Garden to meet our most industrious employees - the honeybees.
How do you take the tour?
Tours are available Monday thru Saturday at 11am, 1 & 3pm.
To book your tour simply give us a call at 912-629-0908, book online, or email tours@savannahbee.com.
Let us know the number of adults and children in your group, best contact information, and a preferred date and time.
Kiddos need to bee at least five years old to go out to the Live Bee Garden.
The littlest ones will still love seeing the hive indoors and tasting lots of honey (over a year old).
We are more than happy to add time in for parents who need to take turns going out to the Bee Garden Tour.
The Bee Garden Tour is weather permitting - these busy bees don’t like getting their wings wet.
We are located at 211 Johnny Mercer Blvd. Savannah Ga 31401. The tour lasts around an hour but can bee tailored to your schedule.
A Few Bee Garden Tips (not rules, just suggestions):
- Avoid strongly scented products and perfumes.
- Wear closed-toed shoes.
- Wait to eat bananas after you leave.
- We don't recommend skirts or dresses.
- One last thing! Please let us know if your group is bringing more than 3 cars – we want to make sure we reserve enough parking for you.
