Ted's Lemon Thyme Toddy

A cozy drink to enjoy after an epic sledding or skating sesh, once your boots have been loosened at aprés ski or just sitting by a popping fire. Made with our delicious whipped honey with lemon and the love that you put into the swizzle.

Ted's Lemon Thyme Toddy
(fresh lemon, thyme, lemon whipped honey + a spike)
Servings: 2

What you need:
2 heaping tablespoons Savannah Bee Company honey (we used Whipped Honey with Lemon)
1 large sprig of thyme, plus more for garnish
2 lemons, 2 thin slices removed and the rest juiced
2 oz bourbon or rum, optional

What to do:
In a small saucepan, add 2 cups water and heat until just lightly simmering. Stir in whipped honey. Remove from heat and add thyme. Cover and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Return to low heat and add lemon juice and bourbon. Serve warm and garnish with the reserved lemon slices and thyme.
