Spiked Hibiscus Tea
This delicious hot tea hibiscus cocktail is perfect for warming up on a chilly afternoon or as an after-dinner wind down. Our honey for your tea adds just the right amount of sweetness to the pear schnapps-infused drink.
Spiked Hibiscus Hot Tea
(hibiscus herbal tea, pear schnapps + honey)
Serves 1
What you need:
1 bag hibiscus tea
6 ounces boiling water
2 tablespoons pear nectar
2 tablespoons pear schnapps
1 to 2 teaspoons Savannah Bee Company Honey (we used Honey for Your Tea)
Thin pear slices for garnish (optional)
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Steep the tea: Place the tea bag in a mug. Pour the boiling water into the mug and let steep for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
3. Finish the cocktail: Add the pear nectar, schnapps, and honey to the mug and stir until the honey dissolves.
To Serve: Garnish with pear slices, if desired.
Pro Tip: Change up the juice and schnapps flavors if you’d like. Try apple cider and apple schnapps or peach nectar and peach schnapps.
