½ cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons Savannah Bee Company Honey (we used Bourbon Honey)
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Start the butter beer: Combine the milk, butter, honey, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until the butter melts and the milk is hot. Keep warm.
3. Make the bourbon honey cream: Combine the whipping cream and honey in a medium bowl. Beat until stiff peaks form.
To Serve: Pour the butter beer evenly between two glasses. Top with cream soda. Garnish with the whipped cream and drizzle with more honey.
Pro Tip: Once you add the cream soda, the drink will foam up like an ice cream soda would so be sure to use tall glasses and leave enough room for it to rise.
