Frozen Snickerdoodle Latte
A little bird told us that a cinnamon cookie flavored espresso drink was on the secret menu at Starbucks so we had to give it a try. Our whipped honey with cinnamon is the perfect addition to give this frosty Frappuccino that signature snickerdoodle flavor.
Frozen Snickerdoodle Latte
(frosty blended espresso + cinnamon honey)
Serves 1
What you need:
For the cinnamon honey syrup:
¼ cup Savannah Bee Company Whipped Honey (we used Whipped Honey with Cinnamon)
¼ cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Frappuccino:
1½ cups ice cubes
2 tablespoons cold espresso
¼ cup cinnamon honey syrup
½ cup whole milk
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
Sweetened whipped cream
Sweetened whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes, and toasted sliced almonds
Savannah Bee Company Whipped Honey (we used Whipped Honey with Cinnamon) for drizzling
What to do:
1. Wash Up!
2. Make the cinnamon honey syrup: Stir together the honey, water, and vanilla until the honey dissolves.
3. Make the Frappuccino: Add the ice cubes to a blender. Add the espresso, ¼ cup of the cinnamon honey syrup, the milk, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
To Serve: Pour the Frappuccino into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle with whipped honey and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Pro Tip: You can buy cold prepared espresso instead of making your own.
